The DHHS O’Berry Neuro Medical project consisted of a new fire sprinkler system including a packaged fire pump house for an existing 38,200 square-foot resident building ELC-1 including 4 wings that included a total of 48 patient rooms, 8 bathrooms, 4 activity rooms, 4 kitchens and nurse stations throughout.
